WHO WE ARE
About Alan Nash
Alan became a registered nurse in 1995 after graduation from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. He worked in the emergency department for the next 24 years before retiring from clinical practice in 2019. In 2007, Alan began working for himself as a legal nurse consultant and formed Nash Legal Nurse Consulting, LLC.
Since that time, he has worked with hundreds of attorneys and law firms to support or defend alleged acts of negligence or malpractice.

We work with attorneys and law firms by reviewing, organizing, analyzing, and summarizing medical records to support or defend the allegations of negligence or malpractice. We assist in developing case strategy and we provide medical literature from peer reviewed journals and textbooks to support or defend the case.
Our goal is to provide a cost-effective work product by an experienced healthcare professional that will enable attorneys to prevail in their cases that involve illness or injury within the healthcare system.
